Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of windowsandsolutions.com and any services supplied by Windows & Solutions Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13066855), trading from 7 Reading Close, Manchester, M11 1PF.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial enquiries and to obtain quotations for our services. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use any automated means to scrape content. All trademarks and content remain our property or that of our licensors.

• An online enquiry is a request for information, not a binding contract.
• Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A binding contract is formed only once a signed order & deposit are accepted by us.
• Pricing is subject to a free on-site survey to confirm dimensions and access.

All installations are carried out by FENSA / CERTASS-approved fitters. We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on installations and pass through manufacturer warranties on products. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where work is requested to start within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be liable for work already carried out if you later cancel.

Deposits and final balances are due on the dates specified in your signed order. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. Late payment may incur statutory interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your contract is limited to the price paid for the affected work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Renders, sketch scans, and 3D previews produced by our AI tools are indicative only and not a manufacturing specification. Final designs are confirmed in writing at survey.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
